Swimming: Butterfly Stroke improves your Body Building Programs

Butterfly Stroke
Michael Phelps is the king of Butterfly Stroke, no one can deny it. The way he execute it is so good to watch! He is gifted with such an very "elastic" body, double jointed at his shoulders and ankles. His body is so perfect in many ways for practising BS. But most of his competitors do not swim BS like him, their strokes are not to good to watch, they just show purely and merely brutal power. BS is an big enigma, since people find it so difficult to execute, even if they can do it, they still can not enjoy it. Moreover top class BS swimmers are heavily related with severe injuries, it seems that BS is not fit for human bodies. Is it true?

Butterfly Swim Stroke Injuries
Butterfly Stroke (BS) when done imperfectly can cause lots of injuries, maybe you hear this kind of sentence a lot. Is it true?
The amateurs are usually hit by just minor injuries, because they are very limited by their strengths and endurances. Ironically the pros or even Olympian swimmers are mostly hit by severe injuries (I mean it, very very aggravating injuries).
Are the skills of the pros is more imperfect compared to the amateurs? Of course not,, but why?
It is because 99 percent of the pro were built by the wrong strokes since their childhood. The more they do it the worse the effects. Even Milorad Cavic (Olympian Silver Medalist) said that BS is not for human body, so many pain and strain. Why was he still so fast? It was because the enormous strength of his body that gained from very intensive (maybe radical) training and conditioning.
For years I experienced the same thing with most swimmers, I did not enjoy it. I felt that BS was a burden to my body and I risked of losing my shoulder, my neck, and even my back. I scared of the long term side effects, my body could not lie, BS desctructed my joints of my upper body bit by bit, yeah bit by bit. I did not like it, I did not want to have decripit shoulders at just 50 years old, it would be a nightmare, I wanted to have healthy joints when I am old.
But I love BS so much!
Years over years I dedicated my self to unlock the mysteries of BS,and to take BS to the new level of I called it "Natural Fly" when your body can do the every movement naturally and safely. But still keep its nature, what is the nature of BS? It is powerful, exciting , and very fast!
BS is another dimension of swimming, you have never ever imagined before. You will love the water more and more. You will respect the water more and more, even increasing the level of other strokes.
